You will explore the key areas of a clean production farm, starting in the coffee plantation, where you will closely observe the life cycle of coffee plants and understand the ecosystem services that biodiversity provides in this natural environment. From the nursery to the seedbed, you will learn about the cultivation process while connecting with the essence of the land that gives life to one of Colombia’s most iconic products.
You will immerse yourself in the fascinating world of orchids, learning the essential knowledge for their care and cultivation. Through hands-on activities and moments of reflection, you will discover the majesty of these plants, their importance for ecosystem conservation, and identify the diversity of species and their most prominent characteristics. You will also learn about pollination processes and cultivation in controlled environments.
You will explore wide trails that border forest and water reserves, where every step becomes an opportunity to discover and interpret. You will learn how temperature zones influence biodiversity, the transformations of forests over time, and the impact of human activity on the land. As you progress, you will be amazed by one of the region’s most spectacular landscapes, on a basic-level trail that combines gentle and challenging slopes ranging from 5º to 30º.
From the early hours of the morning, you will set off in search of the birds that inhabit the trails and streams, allowing you to enjoy the sounds of nature while observing the great variety of shapes, colors, and behaviors of these winged creatures. As night falls, the experience shifts focus, guiding you towards the discovery of amphibians, where the lights and sounds of the nocturnal forest create a magical and unmatched atmosphere.

The scheduling of the Night Expedition (amphibians) is subject to the lunar phase and rainy season, so it may be rescheduled to meet the necessary conditions.
Weather is a key factor in the development of these experiences. Please consider variables that may alter the planned route, such as weather, humidity, solar radiation, temperature, and others.
The experiences include the corresponding insurance, hydration, and snack (does not include specific personal needs).
Health conditions should be checked before the experience, and in case it cannot be carried out, it must be rescheduled or canceled (please take into account the reservation policies).
