A gastronomic experience that allows you to learn and enjoy from the moment you light the fire, discover the selection and preparation of the meat, to savoring the juiciest portions and their sides.
Each option is paired with delicious sides that enhance and balance the flavors: pineapple, Romeo and Julieta (cheese and guava paste), herb-infused baguette, and special lemonade. Additional beverages can be added in advance. If you stay at our Ecolodge you can cook your own meals at Moira Mirador 🥘
Option 1: Seven selected meats
Bacon, pork ribs, tenderloin, flank steak, picanha, chorizo, wings and side dishes. *
Option 2: Five selected meats
Pork ribs, flank steak, picanha, chorizo, wings and side dishes.
Option 3: Vegetarian barbecue
Garlic Portobello mushrooms, champignon mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, zucchini and side dishes(served separately in a barrel to avoid cross-contamination).*

Wood-fired bean stew.
Firewood-cooked beans with barrel-cooked pork ribs, served with accompaniments of avocado, rice, and plantain, and special lemonade.
Wood-fired/Barril Gourmet Burger.
Special beef rib meat with blue cheese, bacon, garden vegetables, tomato, gouda cheese, and red onion. Accompaniments: Rosemary roasted potato wedges or plantain slices with the house’s special cheese sauce (approximately 300 grams of meat per person, optional blue cheese) and special lemonade.
Oven-baked plantain lasagna.
Made with ripe plantain covered in the house’s special sauce, topped with selected ground beef, two types of cheese, served with a garden vegetable salad and special lemonade.

📝 Gastronomic Experience Conditions
All services must be reserved with at least five days in advance.
For groups of fewer than 6 people, only one menu must be chosen, and variations are allowed based on dietary restrictions and preferences.
For groups of fewer than 6 people, an additional fee of $50,000 COP will apply for exclusive use of the mirador. This fee is waived for guests who are staying with us or participating in an experience.
Additional beverages can be added in advance; please inquire for pricing.
We offer service in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. If you require or will bring a translator, please specify and make a food reservation.
We do not use single-use plastics (straws, bags, containers, etc.).
Additionally, we offer sustainable decorations (reducing the use of non-recyclable waste) for celebrations and special events.
